These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777fee platform, accessible at 777fee.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). 777fee is an online gaming information and navigation platform. Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any system or network connected to the Platform;

• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage the reputation, goodwill or commercial interests of 777fee.

777fee reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access to the Platform, reporting conduct to relevant authorities, and pursuing legal remedies available under applicable law.

777fee is an information and navigation platform. We do not process, hold or facilitate any financial transactions, deposits or withdrawals on behalf of users or Operators. Any payment-related information published on this Platform — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other payment methods — is provided for informational and contextual purposes only.

All financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals in PKR or any other currency, are conducted exclusively between you and the relevant Operator through that Operator's own payment infrastructure. 777fee has no involvement in, control over, or liability for any such transactions.

If you have a dispute relating to a deposit, withdrawal, or any other financial transaction, you must raise that dispute directly with the relevant Operator. 777fee cannot intervene in, resolve or be held responsible for financial disputes between users and Operators.

Where 777fee publishes information about bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins, cashback arrangements or VIP rewards offered by Operators, the following conditions apply:

• All bonus and promotional information is published for informational purposes only. 777fee does not guarantee the accuracy, currency or continued availability of any offer described on the Platform.
• Bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits and withdrawal caps — are set exclusively by the Operator. These terms may change without notice to 777fee.
• You must verify the current terms of any bonus directly with the Operator before making a deposit or claiming an offer.

• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's content;
• Use any data mining, robots, scrapers or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 777fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777fee, its directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

This limitation includes but is not limited to:

• Any loss of funds, profits or winnings arising from gambling activity on any Operator platform;
• Any reliance on information, guides, reviews, bonus descriptions or payment method details published on the Platform;
• Any technical failure, interruption, error, omission or inaccuracy in the Platform's content;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• Any conduct or content of any third-party Operator referenced on the Platform.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 777fee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Platform or its content, you should contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 4 business hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Please note the following important distinctions regarding dispute resolution:

• Operator Disputes: Any dispute relating to gameplay outcomes, account balances, deposit processing, withdrawal delays, bonus terms or any other matter arising from your use of an Operator platform must be raised directly with that Operator. 777fee has no authority to investigate or resolve such disputes.
• Platform Disputes: Disputes relating specifically to information published on the 777fee Platform, or to our handling of your personal data, should be directed to us at the contact details below.
• Escalation: If a dispute with 777fee cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

777fee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a specific effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any amendment materially affects your rights, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the Platform. However, 777fee is not obliged to provide individual notification of amendments to registered users.

777fee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that 777fee determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties;
• A requirement to do so under Applicable Law or by order of a competent authority;
• Discontinuation or material modification of the Platform or any of its features.

Upon termination of your access, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disputes and Governing Law — shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fee is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and that the applicability of these Terms does not constitute legal authorisation to participate in gambling activities in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or access.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
